Overview

BrowserGym is a unified gym-like environment layer for web-agent research. It standardizes observation and action surfaces across multiple web benchmarks and packages them into a reusable research substrate.

Why it matters

It matters because it is probably the clearest current answer to the question “what is the browser equivalent of a real RL gym for agents?”

Distinctive trait

Its distinctive trait is unification: instead of one benchmark pretending to be the whole world, BrowserGym provides a common interface over many web-agent tasks.
